Terms & Conditions
If the person accepting the items appears to be under the age of 25, they will be required to show an approved form of identification prior to the alcohol being handed over. Failure to show the required form of ID will result in the non-delivery of the alcohol and delivery will be re-attempted. Approved identification includes a passport, driving licence with photograph or card with the “pass” hologram embossed on it.
I'm afraid the presentation of the gift box was shocking, the box was clearly re-used and poorly placed stickers used to cover branding and bar codes. I fully support reusing packaging where possible, however not to the sacrifice of quality for the next customer. Plus my correspondence with customer service is very poor after several weeks my complaint is still unresolved.

Great selection of beers and glass is a great addition to our collection.
Swapped out beers without notification for worse beers. Didnt send other promo items and dont respomd well to emails for a resolution. Beer was ok but expensive
It arrived on time and it looks amazing. The person I gifted it to was thrilled with the gift and has been talking about how much he loves it to people he knows. I've recommended this website to lots of people.
Lovely well presented gift set which was well received by my husband. He thoroughly enjoyed all the beers included and remarked on how nice the artwork was on the cans and the matching Star Wars glass is perfect for drinking the beer from. Snacks included eaten quickly and enjoyed. Would definitely buy this set again.
Not satisfied with the order as beer mats and snacks were missing, the rest of the order was great and presented well however these issues did bring the overall experience of the order down as it was a gift.

Great beers, tasty snacks, cool beer mats and an awesome glass. what's not to love about this set
It's a tough review; the product itself is actually very good.
However my first order was abandoned by Yodel in a communal area and subsequently stolen. Another was dispatched, which arrived, however one of the cans punctured and ruined the inside of the box and the beer mats. I was told a replacement for that can would be sent out however nothing has been received since.
Customer service isn't massively responsive, and I understand the issues I've faced are probably due to Yodel. However, it's certainly jaded my opinion and does factor into this review.
So TLDR - product is good, nice beers, however the delivery partner used and the subsequent follow up customer service hasn't been great.
Would I order again? Probably not, which is a shame as there's some great things on offer.
