Terms & Conditions
If the person accepting the items appears to be under the age of 25, they will be required to show an approved form of identification prior to the alcohol being handed over. Failure to show the required form of ID will result in the non-delivery of the alcohol and delivery will be re-attempted. Approved identification includes a passport, driving licence with photograph or card with the “pass” hologram embossed on it.
Arrived damaged, forced into the box and damaged. Email to customer services encounters an error from two different email addresses
Slightly disappointed by the snack offering in the Fathers Day Thirst Aid box!
Nowhere on the website or photos does it show a packet of Walkers salt and vinegar crisps from a multipack as the “beer snack”!
While it states you may substitute the beer from time to time there isn’t a mention of substitute snacks - really let the whole package down!
A previous order had great pretzels and elevated the gift, this seemed sadly half hearted.
Beers will be enjoyed as previously but any reorder as a gift would require some consideration as it just looked a bit cheap. 😔
The beer was delivered on time and tasted great. The pint glass that was supposed to be included was missed out of the shipment. Empire then strung me along for more than a month promising a replacement before refunding.
Ordered the fathers day pack and it arrived without the glass as advertised. I contacted the shop, they took ages to email back, when they did they stated it left the packing team with the glass and asked me to double check the small box and if it wasn't there to let them know and they would work with me to rectify it. I did check which was pointless; still no glass the box came full sealed so no way someone had taken it and it was an obvious mistake on there parts. I email back saying as much and I am still to hear back with a resolution. Absolutely rubbish customer service and a waste of money, i understand mistakes happen but there has been no attempt to make it right.
